Flood CityAnimal Project.
About us
Flood City Animal Project is a new nonprofit focused on the welfare of homeless and abandoned dogs.
Our mission is to prevent cruelty and help dogs in need through rescue, rehabilitation, access to veterinary care, and placement in foster and adoptive homes. As we get started, these priorities will guide the development of our programs.
